1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MBF Themes, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the themes on MBF Themes for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on MBF Themes
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

To upload themes, you must authenticate using Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Submission

By submitting themes to MBF Themes, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights
  • Your content does not contain malicious code or harmful materials

5. Content Moderation

All submitted themes are subject to review and approval by moderators. We reserve the right to reject or remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on MBF Themes are provided on an 'as is' basis. MBF Themes makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall MBF Themes or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MBF Themes.

8. Revisions

MBF Themes may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
